| Carol was the third reader. She was also Joyce's Hebrew teacher, and she prepared Joyce for this Bat Mitzvah. Carol learned her entire portion in Hebrew with the trop (chanting). She had the double blessing of having her father and uncle visiting our congregation, so she shared this special day with them too. | |
